Christmas Is a holiday where everyone celebrates every year In Guatemala. We celebrate this holiday, by preparing our tamales and punch, This food Is very delicious Is a traditional food In Guatemala, Christmas Is to spend time with your family enjoy that moment that Is repeated once a year In this blog entry I’m going to explain my experience; then, I’ll share what Is the most Important aspect of Christmas; and lastly, Why Christmas Is everyone's favorite holiday.

In my case I love this holiday, when I was a child I was looking forward to Christmas, I got up early and I wrote my letter to Santa Claus when it was night I put my letter on the Christmas tree later I was cooking tamales with my mom and my grandmother also I was making a delicious punch I took a shower and we went to my great-grandmother’s house when it was 12 o’clock we celebrated Christmas and we ate tamales with punch, talk and we left the place, when we arrived home the gifts were under the tree I was happy and I opened my gift It was a car and a new videogame I played with my sister and my cousin while my family were celebrating until morning It was the best Christmas that’s why I love this holiday.

In my opinion, the most important aspect of this holiday Is spending it with your loved ones because this holiday we can celebrate once a year even the children are happy In that holiday where they receive gifts In my case my christmas was cool I still like this holiday There are many countries that celebrate Christmas In others ways But In Guatemala our tradition Is beautiful Christmas Is the most important holiday In Christianity and consists of the celebration of the birth of Jesus of Nazareth. However, not only the religious celebrate that reason, all over the world, people gather with friends and family to celebrate that date. Each one respecting their different traditions.

In this case I think Christmas Is everyone’s favorite holiday because they can celebrate for one year full of success and start a new year They are happy giving their children happiness, everyone loves Christmas Some people make parties and other people travel to another country for example visit the grandmother and grandfather other people burn fireworks In the street In my family when we celebrate Christmas we burn fireworks and we enjoy them.

Spending time with your family on Christmas Is important In these dates when I have children I would like to give them that happiness and love one of the best things about Christmas Is the number of parties and events to enjoy and spend time with. Eating the grapes on New Year's Eve and then going dancing with friends.
